Our Management Team does the "work" of camp ensuring All Tribes offers the absolute best experience possible for every camper and family.
Beginning in 2011, the Camp Board approved a new organizational plan that allows for the many responsibilities involved in operating camp to be shared amongst a group of committed volunteers who together oversee and coordinate their areas of responsibility.
Janine Nadjiwon
Food Services Manager
If you have never eaten Janine's cooking before, then please come to camp as soon as possible. If you have, you know that All Tribes has the best camp food ever! Because our camp is like one big family (albeit a pretty big family!), our food is also home-cooked and absolutely delicious! Janine adds loving care and her special touch to every recipe, whether that be a roast beef dinner, homemade soup, or her famous chocolate eclairs. Cooking for a group of 40-60 hungry campers and staff for an entire week is not an easy task, but Janine, along with her team of volunteers, takes it on with joy and care for each camper's individual needs. Janine plans the menus, recruits and coordinates cooks, purchases the food, and somehow still makes sure meals are ready on time! She can also provide food services for rental groups and events upon request.

Bernie is known around camp as "Uncle Bern". He does a bit of just about everything. He is a skilled carpenter and millwright. He has built flowerbeds, repaired the Sports Shed, installed trim and doors, helped build buildings, builds VBS skit props, and also created "Bernie's Beach". Bern takes care of many odd jobs around the camp property, and he is always ready and willing whenever his Chrissy calls with her next special project! He loves the Lord, his wife Janine, their 4 kids, and all 11 grandkids!
